Never Give In.
Never Give In.
You need your best tactics and best strategy to survive. A good strategy makes any tactic work better. A good strategy puts less pressure on executing your tactics perfectly. Compare this with snow skiing (mainly because its hot and humid and it’s nice to cool off for awhile). Carving your turns better is a tactic. Choosing the right ski area in the 1st place is a strategy.
Investing in business development workshops is a great tactic. Choosing the right business development workshop was done by you being here this week. Everyone runs a business better by passing out of EntreLeadership.
When you get back to your team you’ll be back on the bunny slopes with your team. Talking French. You are a French speaking bunny. Maybe even a pink French speaking bunny.
Having our team come and pass through EntreLeadership was a investment. It was worth it. I am here this week as EntreLeadership has done for me what it will do for you: Your profits will improve and you will control your time.
EntreLeadership acknowledges the complex nature of your business for your team. They will get ‘it’. The HOPE you feel today will give you all what you need.
Your answers are on the beach.
I am looking forward to seeing you. Time with your spouse, your team, Wednesday night at the beach and the zip line are the best.
The rest of the week looks great …the biggest issue you’ll have is how not to eat too much : ).

Bob drops the bombshell news that he …
… just found out his Dad is very ill and that his wife and he are going to move back home (Hawaii), next week, to care for his father. You know he can’t be back
(Breath in through nose. Exhale. Inhale. Exhale).
You know how to serve your team. You do what it takes to make sure Bob and his family is well taken care of. Unfortunately, Bob is your head of HR/Accounting/Payroll/Budgeting/ and Office Admin.
His wife Sally is your operations manager. Your online retail operation is a $2.4 million dollar a year company with an incredible team of 12 team members. 8 of those work in the warehouse, 1 on web design and then you, Bob and Sally in the office.
(Laugh out loud funny in a stressful kind of way).
Did I mention Bob’s son runs the web side of it? How about his daughter as the foreperson of the warehouse?
What do you do next? Who can you turn to for help that has a servant heart?
You’re at your desk when a team member, Bob, walks in.
It has been only a week after EntreLeadership in Cancun. You talk a little bit about the great lessons you learned, the fun on the beach and the zip line. You, Bob a few other team members had a powerful trip that will impact your bottom line for years.
You even feel compelled to click onto Facebook and tag your team member in a few photos while you chat with him. You’ve been meaning to do that. You and your team had such a great experience at EntreLeadership Cancun 2009 you want to share the impact EntreLeadership had on you and your team.
Then Bob drops the bombshell news that he …

How do you filter ideas?
Your LIVE EntreLeadership event is done.
Picture what support you need to take the EntreLeadership principals into the heart, soul and spirit of your business?
The comments and ideas here will directly shape ideas that Dave can react to.
By engaging here you’ll impact your team, your customers and your bottom line.
Use this “thought filter” as you process the ideas:
Will it be fun, for you and Dave Ramsey’s team?
Who is the competition and what are they doing?
Does it compliment Dave Ramsey’s mission of providing HOPE?
Is it simple enough to write down on a napkin and clearly explain the idea to someone that has never heard of it?
Will it educate and empower you, the EntreGrad?
Do the math, i.e. best case and worst case scenario …What would be your exit strategy if it doesn’t work?
What are the resources required?
You’re an EntreGrad. Now what?
$1,000 a month on consultants!?
EntreGrads are spending money on web sites, consultants, CPA’s, lawyers and business coaching: Moving further away from EntreLeadership principals.
EntreGrad from the south said “I pay a consultant $1,000 a month”. Northern EntreGrad says ”…$600 a month for a business coach”.

TrainOne is an excellent program.
Picture Dave Ramsey and Chris LoCurto with their team: What would you like to see in a online web based tool for EntreGrads?
Picture Dave Ramsey as the Bill Walsh of the business world.
Bill Walsh’s legacy of coaches continues to impact the NFL beyond his lifetime.
These coaches include Mike Holmgren, Dennis Green, Sam Wyche, George Siefert, Jim Fassel, Paul Hackett, Mike Shanahan, Tony Dungy, Lovie Smith, Rod Marinelli, Mike Tomlin, Ray Rhodes, Andy Reid, Steve Mariucci, Mike McCarthy, Mike Tice, Jon Gruden, Jeff Fischer and Brian Billick.
Image Dave Ramsey’s EntreLeadership as what Rosa Parks was to the Civil Rights Movement.
You never worship people. People fail. What you know as a EntreGrad is that the EntreLeadership principals are true.
You have seen Dave teach LIVE. Now as a EntreGrad you understand what implementation of EntreLeadership means to your family.
Your company.
Your team.
Your clients.
Your community.
The Lampo Group, Inc. is providing biblically based, common sense education and empowerment which gives HOPE to everyone from the financially secure to the financially distressed.
As a EntreGrad your part of sharing this vision.
Dave Ramsey’s UNOFFICIAL EntreLeadership One on One Coaching Blog.
You’re NOT sanctioned in any way by Dave. …in fact, keep this quiet. If you’re not careful, Dave will say “Shut-up! …EntreLeadership Grads.”
You’re stopping the over charges from two-bit consultants, off the mark costly websites or half baked ideas from high priced CPAs.
We’ll help you as comments post, people write about their needs otherwise sit back and read.
The time is now for EntreLeadership One on One Coaching.
